1990's Chris Kole cocktail dress. Bodice features yellow fabric under black lace with rosette and bow at centre of open sweetheart neck. Lace scalloped at neckline and low back. Drop waist. Skirt is a short tutu style made from tulle and satin ribbon criss cross over layers of black net. Excellent vintage condition. Fits like a US size 4-6.
